The 7th project of TGA.
We were given the freedom to make any type of 3D game under this project.
Grim aspires to be the gargoyle king and save his fellow gargoyles in an adventure inspired by anything from The Dark Crystal, Nightmare Before Christmas and other classic fantasy tales.

Frame Aniamtion
Anmating the book was fun. It did take more work than expected for the engine didn’t work many of the rotations of the joints. With many types of movement impossible it was all about adaptation.

The outro cinematic is the last we see of Grim and this game. To the player, it is the reward for finishing the game and becoming king.
The outro introduces a warmth we rarely see in the game. Purple is a symbol of Grim and there for the whole scene is bathed in it. I kinda wanted the feeling of family celebrating Christmas for the ending!

Keeping with fantasy theme we had the idea to make the intro like a storybook.
A major stylistc difference from the Spite intro but they different games need different styles.
